Congratulations to our very own Executive Chef, Michael Price, for winning this year’s Lodge Cast Iron Cook-Off at the Chattanooga Market. Chef Price competed in the seafood category against four very qualified Chefs in the Chattanooga area.
How It Worked: Chefs arrived early in the morning and were armed with their Lodge cast iron cookware, serving dishes, and a little more. The Market provided each Chef with a pantry of basic items (salt, sugar, flour, etc.), a mystery ingredient (Trout), and a small budget to shop the Chattanooga Market for the remainder of their ingredients.
Chef Price won it ALL and now has the golden ticket to compete in the 2020 World Food Championship!
